After a long trip down to St. George, we decided to get the van sooner rather than later. We checked some websites that had used vans and read some reviews about vans and decided that a Kia Sedona would be a great choice. We noticed a dealership in Bountiful had a bunch of 2017s for a really good price! So we decided to check them out. When we got there, we learned that they had been rental cars. So they had a lot of miles for being 2017s, but they are 2017s. That's basically brand new! We also learned that they have low prices at this dealership because they don't haggle. That is the price you pay. Well, it was the best price we had seen with our research, so we test drove a couple of them and decided to get the 7 seater silver van (instead of 8) because it didn't have a crack in the back and it was slightly less money. We couldn't take it home that day because we wanted them to install a DVD player overhead. We feel this will be very important on long drives. They have someone they use who does good quality work so we left it there over the weekend to get that done.
On Monday, I went back with the kids in the good old Honda Accord for the last time. We said our good byes to our first car as a couple. It took us to our Honeymoon to Disneyland, and cross country to start our lives in Ohio. It was definitely on it's last leg. It had so many miles. But it had been a really good car and it was a little sad to see it go. But I LOVE having a van! It is so kid friendly! It's much easier to get the kids in and out of the car, and it has so much more space! I love that you can open the side doors with the key fob. I almost wish we had gotten one sooner! And now we have all the necessary things we need (besides a new monitor) before having our baby.
This same week, Nate had his ultrasound and they didn't find any gall stones. So now they are going to do a test to see if the gall bladder is functioning properly. I'm really hoping we can get some answers. We have been trying to eat less fatty meals to help with his pain, but no matter what he eats, it still bothers him. It just hurts less with leaner meals.
We also went to Surf n' Swim as a family. It was fun to have daddy come. Usually he is working when we go! But I was very grateful to have him there. This pregnancy has been more difficult in the fact that I have a lot of pelvic pain and hip pain when I walk so it was nice to have someone else there so I could just sit in the shallow end for most of the time instead of carrying Kylie around in the deeper part. She actually liked playing in the shallow end best anyway. She didn't like being carried, she wanted to play all by herself.
Here are some other random pictures from that week:

I wanted to get a video of Kylie playing with her babies because it is so cute! But of course she stopped playing soon after I started the camera. But she often has one in the stroller, one in the swing (which she has to keep going back to to start it swinging again), and one going Nigh Nigh. She is very good at taking care of them all!
