Gateway Children's Discovery Museum and Ethan at 2 months

On Friday, January 26th, I was off from work because it wasn't my Friday to work so I decided to try my first outing with just myself and all the kids. We went after Logan got done with school, which would've been about 10:50, since Friday's are short days. We went to the Children's Museum at the Gateway. Logan also had a coupon to get in free because they came to his class one day to do a presentation. It was a really fun place for them and with Ethan still being so little, he easily took a nap in his stroller. There was a ball tube area right at the beginning that was hard to get them away from, so I think that was the favorite! But there was also a little store, farm (with a horse you could climb on), a construction zone, a hospital (with a life flight helicopter, that was a favorite too!), and lots of other fun things! They were in heaven! It was good for them to get out of the house too. We have been home a lot since we have such a little guy during the cold season.

After the museum, we went to Dad's work to pick him up and to show off Ethan to his coworkers. He works with a couple of older ladies who really like to fawn over our children:)

I guess I missed blogging about Ethan at 2 months old!

Height: 24 in long - 85th%

Ethan still scratches his face when he sleeps, so I try to always put socks on his hands during naps and nighttime. He wakes up once or twice a night to eat, then goes right back to bed. He loves getting his diaper changed. If he is ornery and doesn't want to be put down, I can just change his diaper, then he happily lays on the floor for a little while. He is making the cute baby sounds and has learned to smile. He naps like Logan did. His naps rarely last longer than an hour, and usually they are less than an hour. So he still is taking 3 naps a day. However, he is dramatic like Kylie and will sometimes get himself so worked up when trying to fall asleep, that I have to go in and calm him down before he tries again.

Kylie gave him her doll (which is a big deal, because she loves this doll and doesn't usually share it!) I don't think he cares for it much:) But I love how it shows how little he is (even though he is our biggest baby).
