Kirtland Nativities

During Christmas time at the LDS Kirtland Visitor's Center, they have a nativity display. Last year I really wanted to go, but the only day we were able to, it ended up snowing really bad and we decided it wasn't worth driving up there in such bad weather. But this year, with how mild our winter has been, it was easier to find a day and we went on Sunday, Dec. 18th.

It was really incredible! There were so many different nativities from all over the world and I absolutely loved it!  And I love nativities. They also gave us a paper that had the history of nativities and also had a scavenger hunt for kids. We decided not to do the scavenger so we could focus more on the big picture instead of looking for one small thing.

Anyway, here are some pictures of just a few of the amazing nativities.

From South America, actually, it might've been Mexico, but something like that.

This one was from Italy. They had a lot from Italy, which I loved!

This one is from Spain

I believe this was also from Italy

They even had one from Japan!

These were made out of Coca-Cola bottles & it's from Africa

This one might just be American, but it's beautiful with how white it is

Here's a Native American one. I have never seen one like this before!
