Back to The Ledges

With our parents, we went to the Cuyahoga National Park and came here. However, we forgot to bring the baby carrier, so we couldn't hike as far as we would've liked since we had the stroller (which is not on off-roading stroller). So we came a few weeks later (much cooler temperatures) and did some more of it. We still didn't do the full loop. I wanted to make sure we got home in time for Logan to have a later afternoon nap. It looks like it was formed by an earthquake many many years ago. It also used to be a swamp and you can see lots of little rocks embedded in the larger rocks (like the way cement looks).

We first ate our lunch, then we headed out. It was fun because the leaves were starting to change colors, yet the rocks were still green with moss. It really was so beautiful and an unexpected find in Ohio.
