Kylie and Anna were being the cutest together! They are becoming great friends!
Logan with Grandma. He stayed up until midnight once again! The other 2 went to bed earlier.
We spent New Year's Eve with Nate's family. We did the usual: treats (veggie trays, potato chips, dip [I made 7 layer dip], and desserts). Some people watched movies while others of us played Alhambra again. It was actually nice that not everyone wanted to play though so they could watch Ethan for us. Nate's family just love babies so they don't mind watching him! We also brought some kids games like Sequence for Kids, Clue Jr., and Snorta. Logan had fun teaching his older cousins those games.
How Ethan enjoyed Miniature Golf
On New Year's Day, we went to Boondocks intending to go Bowling. But it was packed! We would've had to wait so we decided to go miniature golfing instead. Luckily the weather wasn't too cold, but by the end, Ethan was ready to be done. It was funny though, there was a family there that we let pass us (because we are slow! ha ha!) who had the same type of family as us: a boy, a girl, then a boy, but they were all older (like the oldest was probably 10-12). And the mother commented on how she remembers what it was like when her kids were like mine and I was thinking about how nice it will be when mine get to be older like hers. Since we were running on very little sleep and still have to really take care of our others. It's just so exhausting. But then I started thinking about how this might be my last baby and my kids will only all be this age right now, so I need to enjoy it while it lasts. Just try to enjoy where we are now instead of always looking to the future. I am getting better at it! Something to work on in 2018!
