Easter 2019

The Friday before Easter, we dyed Easter Eggs! We did it in the afternoon, so Nate could join us after work. He helped Ethan dye a few eggs.

The day before Easter (the 20th), Logan had a soccer game in the morning, then baseball practice in the afternoon, then we went down to my parents for the last Easter celebration before their mission. My parents had to do the Easter Egg hunt in shifts because of different schedules with Spring sports. We were in the 2nd group. We did it in the roundabout area by my parent's house. Ethan figured out what he was supposed to do! It's just hard when you don't walk! I had forgotten that he walked on his knees for such a long time before he learned to officially walk. So funny!

After the hunt, we had a yummy dinner! Pretty soon after, we had to head home. It was a very busy day!

The next day was Easter! The kids found their baskets first thing in the morning.

After church, we went to the Summers' to do another egg hunt. Unfortunately, it was bad weather so it had to be done inside. Grandma had a special bag of treats for each child as well. Being inside made it made it easier for Ethan to find the eggs! And we had a yummy dinner there!
