Ohio!

Pro-Football Hall of Fame
Steve Young
After spending less than a week with our families, we packed our car with the essentials and headed off to Ohio! We made the trip in two days and arrived here Tuesday evening. We didn't have an apartment, so some friends of ours let us stay at their house while we found one. Which was so nice of them! They fed us and entertained us (at least, their three children did) while we looked for an apartment and waited for it to be ready for us. We are certainly indebted to them. On Wednesday, we did find a small apartment that was furnished (since we have nothing) but it took awhile to get everything situated so we could move in a week later. So until then, we decided to have some fun exploring our new home of Canton and made a stop at the Pro-Football Hall of Fame! I knew Nate was dying to see it, so that was our first thing to do. It was a bit pricey, and we almost decided against it, but I'm glad we did it because Nate was in heaven! I also learned a lot about the history of the sport and some interesting things about important football players. I actually really enjoyed it. It was just a huge football museum. The actual Hall of Fame was different than I expected. I thought we would see jersey's hanging up, but it was just their heads. These are our favorite players:
Jerry Rice

Darrell Green

  1. When I told Shawn you did this he said he's actually been there before but that he's definitely going again when/if we come out to see you! I think I'll probably pass...
