General Conference Weekend and More Easter!

The next weekend, we went to my parents' house to watch General Conference and have some more Easter celebrations.

General Conference was awesome, at least the parts I heard. I was really struggling with focusing this time though so I will have to go back and read the talks. Obviously, a big part of the reason is because I have to keep my eye on my kids. And Logan, Easton, and Avery haven't been playing very well lately. It's the threesome issue. Easton and Avery often play together so they leave Logan out a lot. Usually, Logan can squeeze his way in, but I think since they were around each other for such a long time, it was really getting to him. So there was a lot of fighting going on and Easton and Avery would often gang up on Logan. This is still happening at times, but I am trying to do a better job of keeping my eye on them instead of just letting them play. They are all still little and still need to learn how to play together. But I have to say, it is hard to watch your child being left out and getting hurt physically, especially since I remember what it feels like and I also got really frustrated by the end of our time together. So Missy and I got into a bit of an argument, but we later apologized and resolved our issues and I feel like we are now working together better to help our kids get along.

And it wasn't all bad. They had some really fun times together too. And Logan left still wanting to play with them. He is just the most social being I have ever met. And somehow he came from Nate and I! Go figure!

Other than that, it was a fun weekend with good food, playing fun games, and having another Easter Egg hunt! Kylie was happy when she just found one egg and just sat and played with it.
