Memorial Day!

For Memorial Day, we did our usual cemetery visit. We went to the Kaysville Cemetery to see Nate's Grandpa's grave as well as gather with some of his cousins, aunts, uncles, and Grandma Hill. We also always take the walk across the cemetery to see Nate's Great Grandparents graves (Nancy's parents).

After that, we went home (well, to the church parking lot) and attempted to teach Logan to ride his bike without training wheels and to teach Kylie to ride a bike with training wheels. Kylie did ok. Just the usual struggle of practicing to steer and peddle at the same time and I always had to give her a push off. But it was a bit of a disaster with Logan. Nate never even let go for him to fall, but he got frustrated very soon after starting. I think it was harder than he expected. We later decided to try taking the pedals off so he could just practice balancing, but he just doesn't want to do it. I guess we will try again next year!

What Ethan did during the bike riding. He also spent some time with me in the baby carrier.

Kylie riding Logan's old bike with his old helmet. I offered to get her a new, girly helmet, but she seems happy with this one.

After the bike riding and I'm sure a nap for Ethan, we went to the Summers for a Barbecue. Here are the cute baby cousins playing together!
