While Angie and Rob were still here, they really wanted to do an escape room thing since we had done that without them for Tiff's birthday. Nate was working so I was solo and so was Tiff. Everyone else had their spouses. We went to one in Sandy (they are popping up all over the place right now!). It was a really new one in a new building and it was the only story they have made so far. We had to figure something out before a time machine went off or something. I can't remember the story very well. There were better things about this one and worse things about this one. It was bigger and had more rooms so we weren't all squished together. The positive about that was that we didn't feel like sardines. The negative was that we had people all over the place doing different things and no one knew what another group was doing so it was harder to put the clues all together. But we did it! With only a few hints. The fun thing is that if we didn't make it, they would've made smoke come into the room to make it seem like we really were going to get transported. The guy showed it to us because he was really excited about it.
After that we went to a pizza place near Scheels. It was yummy! Then some of us also went to Scheels to walk around. Angie and I rode the Ferris Wheel that they have inside.. I've always wanted to do it, but for some reason the people we go with never care to. So I was excited.
While I was gone, Nancy watched the kids. The Phelons were here and they all went to the Layton museum.
