Tracy Aviary

We got the Pass of all Passes this year and we could get into the Tracy Aviary for free on a certain day. I think it was Tuesdays. So on a Tuesday when Nate wasn't working (because there wasn't work for him to do), we decided to go. Logan loved it! Birdies everywhere!

There were a couple of trainers that had a Macaw out and were teaching it to fly back and forth between them. We were watching for a bit, then Logan decided he wanted the bird to come to him. So he kept saying, "Come here, birdie. Come here, birdie." And he would hold out his arm like the trainers were doing. Unfortunately for him, the birdie never came to him.

There were also peacocks that would strut their stuff out in the open so he enjoyed trying to pet them. But of course, they wouldn't let him get close enough.

I thought I had more pictures of this, but I guess I don't. But there really was a lot there and totally worth it. Every bird that I could possibly think of and more and Logan was in heaven!
