We did Christmas Eve with the Summers side. We were in charge of the program this year. We had a few kids perform musical numbers, read "Twas the Night Before Christmas", and did the Nativity with the puppets. We also played Nancy's game where she makes up a story with a lot of rights and lefts and we pass the presents. She always includes everyone's name in the story, including all the pets. It makes it really fun! Whichever present you end up with, you open up and you can trade (like if a child got an adult gift and an adult got a kid gift).

The next morning was Christmas!
It's a bit hard to remember all the presents that we all got, but I think we got money from Steve and Nancy. Amy gave us an Amazon gift card. Logan's big present was a camera. He also got a Donkey Kong Wii U game, a date with Grandma Davis, hoverball game from Grandma and Grandpa Summers, wooden cars, Lego chain reaction, and a roller coaster building set. Kylie got Littlest Pet Shops, a big Minnie Mouse, a cash register, a Doc McStuffins doll, and magnetic dolls. Ethan got a car track, a bathtub basketball set, a Counting board book, and a Mellissa and Doug barn board with doors that show magnetic animals. For a family game, we got Pie Face (some sort of special edition. I can't remember what it's called right now!) and Googly Eyes. We also got Sword in the Stone DVD/Digital movie.
After spending a fun morning at home, we hung out at the Summers' house so the cousins could all play together and open gifts from Grandparents and cousins. My parents went to Arizona to spend Christmas with Angie's family, so that is why we celebrated Christmas with that side a little early.
